Welcome to the website of the Monitor appointed to oversee compliance with the Stipulation and Order of Settlement and Dismissal in United States ex rel Anti-Discrimination Center of Metro New York, Inc. v. Westchester County, New York. The underlying litigation took place in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York before the Hon. Denise L. Cote (Case No. 06 Civ. 2860 (DLC)).
 
The settlement defines the duties of the Monitor, which include:
  • Filing written reports to the District Court on the Monitor's activities and Westchester County's progress toward its obligations under the settlement;
  • Resolving any disputes that may arise between the federal government and Westchester County relating to the settlement.
